  • Description
    You are working for a small, 150 employees, software consulting firm in Rexburg, Idaho as a project manager. Your boss recently has assigned you to a new project for HomeTown Bank based out of Texas. She has recieved an RFP, Request For Proposal, and shares it with you.    

    A Quality Assurance and a Development manager as well as a Sales Representative and a Technical Writer have been assigned to the project as your peers. Your boss is not their boss. Each of these employees are also working on other projects.

    The Development Manager informs you that there are 2 Senior Engineers and 8 programmers that are available for this project as well as two DBA’s.
